By placing a booking you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted our terms and conditions. Completion of the booking process and acceptance of our terms and conditions forms your contract with Cadgwith Canines.
Whilst every reasonable precaution is taken to keep everyone safe, Cadgwith Canines cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury caused to you or your dog or anyone else whilst participating in training. All training classes must be paid for in advance and no refunds will be offered unless a Vets certificate shows the dog was unfit to attend. Behavioural Consultation clients must give 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or the full fee is payable.
Anyone who uses aversive training methods and refuses to change to force free training will be asked to leave the training session without a refund. In exceptional circumstances, classes may be cancelled at short notice; these classes will be rearranged to another time and day.
Dogs must come to training in a normal flat collar and lead or a non-tightening harness. No extending leads or Head Collars please.
Bitches in-season are not allowed to attend classes.
Owners must clear up after their dogs and take any poo bags home with them. Please do not allow your dog to pee on any equipment or in the training area. Accidents do sometimes happen so please inform your trainer so the area can be cleaned.
Owners may be asked to leave a class if it is deemed unsuitable for their dog; another form of training may be offered at this stage.
We will not pass on any of your data to any third party without prior permision.
Puppies must be vaccinated before attending classes.
Unless we are told otherwise it will be assumed that you are happy for any images of you or your dogs to be used on social media and our website.
